Repository not enabled

Symptom: GitHub access looks fine, but a repository is not being indexed and your assistant has no data for it.

Granting the cix GitHub App access makes a repository available. Enabling it is the separate step that tells cix to index it.

Fix

1. Enable it in your dashboard. Open Repositories in your cix dashboard and enable the repository. cix then indexes it in the cloud.
2. Link the local checkout. From the repository directory, run cix init so your assistant's queries resolve to the right project.
3. Check your plan limit. Plans cap how many repositories you can index at once. If you are at the cap, a new repo will not enable until you free a slot or upgrade — see Pricing.
